Caregiv ers cannot be banned, and they still have the best meds for less, serious ly think about it. Where did the dispens aries get their medís before the crack down? Now they are being forced to grow their own product you can expect a few things. The first thing you can expect is for the GRAND JUNCTIO N CITY COUNCIL to ban them complet ely. They said they were going to and I believe them. Please relax if you are a medical marijua na card holder, many of us are caregiv ers, and many of us have mad growing skills. I know three people in GJ that are doing a great job. Colorad o caregiv er with top shelf meds $75.00 a Quarter 970-640-2440, and ounces startin g at $200.00 lets see a dispens ary do that.

My advise for all involve d is this. Do your thing like we all did in the 70ís. Stay on the DL and only trust those you know, if you are hustled by the law get a lawyer. Please stay inside the law as well, don't grow more than you should, don't keep large amounts of meds all in the same locatio n, and donít make a big product ion about doing your busines s. This is just my opinion please don't be offende d if you have differe nt view. Thank you for your toleran ce. ;)

on: July 07, 2010, 04:50:38 PM 6 Community Bulletin Board / BULLETIN BOARD | GROUPS | INDIVIDUAL / Caregivers are growing the best meds hands down

I was trading buds with my other patient/caregiver friends . Every single one of them had spectac ular product s. I was stoked to find that others are growing for strengt h and taste and not just profit. However it does make it more appeali ng to buy meds that are not a disappo intment for a change. Thanks R

I was wonderi ng the other day, is hash and hash oil still illegal? The answer is yes, sorry but the amendme nt 20 says nothing about any substan ce but marijua na. Now it can be argued (get an attorne y) that these product s are by extensi on marijua na. I donít think you would have much luck in the Colorad o courts and might be looking at prison time. Thank R  :-\

on: July 07, 2010, 04:24:55 PM 8 MMJ Patient Questions & Answers / Your Feelings on Colorado's New MMJ Laws / The intent of these new laws is to close 80% of the dispensaries

Senator Chris Romer said, ďMy intensi on with this legisla tion is to close 80% of the dispens aries.Ē Well he rammed through these two P.O.S. laws and now we are stuck with them. I have heard that there is a lot of small caregiv ers springi ng up and doing their busines s without getting a dispens ary license . This brings other complic ations to mind, just follow the state news cycle, every day there citizen s being charged with anythin g (not just marijua na possess ion or cultiva tion) that will get attenti on, just because they are hostile to the CMM communi ty. >:(

on: July 07, 2010, 04:14:53 PM 9 MMJ Patient Questions & Answers / General Discussion MMJ Concerns / The hostility shown by the law enforcement community against CMM Patients

As I read the news from the various Interne t outlets I realize that the law enforce ment communi ty is hostile toward patient s of the CMM laws. They are apparen tly disrega rding the civil and human rights of these citizen s and finding any reason to charge them. I read about a couple that was charged with child abuse because they were growing their meds in there home. Maybe they had nowhere else to grow the stuff, I donít know the particu lars. The bottom line is if they canít bust you for the marijua na itself then they will find somethi ng they can harass citizen s with. My suggest ion (and planned action) is if they pull this on you is to beat the charges and turn around and sue the law enforce ment agency that charged you with malicio us prosecu tion. I see no other way to make the law enforce ment communi ty respons ible for their actions . Anyway this is just my opinion . I would love to hear yours. Thanks R

on: May 15, 2010, 07:33:39 PM 10 Community Bulletin Board / BULLETIN BOARD | GROUPS | INDIVIDUAL / Re: Would you buy your meds from a COOP for $300.00 per ounce Delivered?

I see a COOP working like this. A group of people gets togethe r and grows some marijua na. They split the cost equally, share the respons ibility , and when the harvest comes they either sell their product, keep their product, or a little of both. Or several growers form a COOP located in differe nt locatio ns. Each grower in their own garden would be special izing on just a few powerfu l medical strains . Then you buy sell and trade inside your group. I persona lly am growing only three strains, two indica and one sativa. The more variety the better so I would be willing to be a part of either type of organiz ed COOP.

In either case I donít see how the new sb109 or hb 1284 impacts either the rights of patient or caregiv er to posses the meds, and or how a patient or caregiv er distrib utes the meds. That is all provide d for in the constit utional law already on the books. Believe me when I say that it is the constit utional law that I have my faith. Both the sb 109 and hb 1284 legisla tion show severe hostili ty toward the medical marijua na communi ty. Law enforce ment and the state house have vowed to clamp down and clamp down tight. Public percept ion of what we do and how we do it will dictate the level of regulat ion.

-Have a green day-

on: May 06, 2010, 09:11:53 AM 11 Community Bulletin Board / BULLETIN BOARD | GROUPS | INDIVIDUAL / Re: Would you buy your meds from a COOP for $300.00 per ounce Delivered?

Please tell me where you can buy quality meds for less than $300.00 per ounce. Now the key word here is quality. Not the disappo inting budget basemen t discoun t meds that some bud shops carry to boost their retail sales. I have spoken to plenty of people and sampled for myself a large majorit y of the product out there, none of the discoun t meds are worth a &%$#. I would rather pay $ 37.50 per 1/8 th for quality from a coop, than $10.00 per anywher e else for disappo intment .

on: April 23, 2010, 10:18:18 AM 12 Community Bulletin Board / BULLETIN BOARD | GROUPS | INDIVIDUAL / Would you buy your meds from a COOP for $300.00 per ounce Delivered?

I have been toying around with an idea for several months, startin g a COOP for the product ion and distrib ution of Medical Marijua na. The model include s greater discoun ts for a higher level of partici pation, but no one would pay any more than $300.00 for the highest quality meds availab le. Any of you who have purchas ed your meds from dispens aries, have got them home and been disappo inted. I have, well what if you could sample it in your own home before you buy it? Would you like that? Leave your comment s and I will be reading them. Thanks

This Novembe r, Califor nia voters will go to the ballot box with their decisio n to legaliz e marijua na statewi de. If legaliz ed how will it impact the Medical Marijua na industr y? How will it affect the other states that have Medical Marijua na laws on their books? Will Colorad o soon have a ballot issue of its own, will the voters support it. I donít know! What do you think? Are you for it or against it? Take the surveyÖ.please, thank you!
