Title: Should out of state growers sell in Colorado?
Post by: lookingforward on January 05, 2010, 03:03:38 PM
If it means more varieti es and a good supply does it matter if your medicin e comes from other states?  Especia lly if it takes time for local growers to raise their supply levels and add varieti es.  I'd like to see Colorad o grown promote d but how about labelin g them so the buyer has the choice?  But what if Califor nia undercu ts home grown prices?  I would like to see Care Givers have to offer say at least 50% their own grown and less than 50% commerc ial product s for back up.

There seems to be a strong movemen t for Colorad o-grown only MMJ.  There is no legal way to transpo rt across state lines; is there?  I wouldn't want to cross into Utah persona lly!

Colorad o would be my first choice, provide d the quality and potency were equal. But I have gotten some terribl e product form some of the dispens aries and would appreci ate some consist ency in the strains . If that means Cali meds then so be it.

I am not sure about transpo rt across state lines but a path from Califor nia through Arizona and New Mexico would keep you in an MMJ state and avoid Utah.
