In My Opinion:

In fact it is an extreme ly precise collabo ration of lawyers, police, revenue departm ent and city council men - obvious ly furious they were left out of the boom year Colorad o's dispens aries and Doctors had, so now they are turning the screws to make it impossi ble but BIG money to invest in these Centers . Full 24 hour surveil lance, multipl e limited designa ted areas under video at all times, licensi ng up the kazoo for all workers, visitor s, drivers ... fully complia nt for mandate d plumbin g, ventila tion and waste systems for process ing and for workers, strict health regulat ions for banning unhealt hy workers, complet e removal system for any waste; explici t compost ing methods for sticks, leaves & trimmin gs... the list goes on [and on] but the point is goodbye Mom & Pop shops,
or ANY small produce rs. This knit-picky policy adjunct s seem drawn up by lawyers, for lawyers, to provide sure profit for lawyers, with the Courts busy amassin g multipl e fines to bolster the state effecti vely shuttin g down all indepen dents, small willing entrepr eneurs turning it into corpora tion materia l. Are there no small busines s owners allowed anymore in America! Just the continu al rape by BIG corpora tions. Why can't they watch our food produce rs like this? Where is the paper trail for ecoli epidemi cs? Where are ANY rules and regulat ions for the meat packing corpora tions, pestici de compani es? How about the monopol ies? Are they regulat ing genetic ally enginee red seed and animals? What's in the beef and jacked-up milk? Where is any fresh water left - not privati zed &
owned by corpora tions? Do they watch what is going into cigaret tes? Gun powder and saltpet er?

But medical marijua na is the danger. Seemed to me things were going real well without any interfe rence with very little problem s and a growth spurt for the economy and small busines s.

The Powers that Be just Couldn't let THAT Happen!
